TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLISON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allison and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your access immediately if you:

Effect of Termination
